Job Requirements:
APPRENTICESHIP POSITION
The role offered requires the applicant to work in our office/workshop and on-site for installations as required. The apprenticeship is a 4 year term, which requires the applicant to attend Tafe training in Perth approx 9 times a year for the first 3 years of the Apprenticeship. You will be taught all the elements of sign and print design, operation of printers, vinyl cutters, laminators and CNC router operation as well as Sign/Sticker installations. You would be required to drive to and from sites in a vehicle supplied by the business, so a manual drivers licence or ability to obtain one is essential. A high level of customer service is required also.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Full training will be provided, however excellent computer skills is a bonus as is Graphic design software knowledge.
You must be physically fit and able to lift/handle heavy rolls of vinyl to install in the printers and lift heavy signs while up ladders. Working at heights whilst using Scaffold / EWP is also essential. Use of power tools, tape measures etc is also required.

SIGNMAKER INSTALLER
We are looking for a skilled sign maker that is able to produce a wide variety of signage for vehicles, shop fronts and window decals.
Must have a good attitude & strong personal work ethic who is able to work within a team, reliable, have previous experience in the signage industry and a Current Drivers licence (manual).
You will require: All-round knowledge in sign manufacture and installation, be a good problem solver, ability to work unsupervised and work in a team environment, high attention to detail, accurate and meticulous, understand & work safely in-house & onsite, ability to read and understand drawings to fabricate signage as per design specifications & install, welding and metal fabrication an advantage, CNC router operation preferred or willing to learn.
Wages negotiable depending on experience.
