Resources Contractors Group is currently looking for Multiple Skilled Operators from WESTERN AUSTRALIA to be part of our client's FIFO Mine Sites and Tailing Dam Projects. Currently our Rosters are 2:1 for all our sites in Newman, Cue, Eilwana, Albany, Mount Magnet. 

Our sites are for some of the most respected Mining companies in WA. Working with Open Pit Gold Mines, Iron Ore Crushing Plants, Main Road Projects and Tailing Dams. THESE are TEMP to PERM Jobs for our Mining and Contracting Clients. 

• All positions require a HR Licence and ideally would have previous experience in Tailing Dams / Mining.
• Our crew sizes are small. 8 – 10 Operators at one time.
• Operators need to be dynamic and adaptable. Given it’s small crews they need to be versatile and willing to jump in and get the job done.
• 2:1 roster - 12 hr days.
• Flights are chartered EX Perth. If anyone is scared or worried about flying. There not for us. Our planes vary from 8 seater to 19 seater.
• If candidates are Geraldton based we can offer DIDO. They will be required to Drive In their own time. Once
• Full Time positions are on offer for the right candidates
