An opportunity exists for a Certified Practicing Valuer to consolidate and build on our presence in Geraldton.
Key tasks of the role include:

• Undertaking valuations for mortgage security.
• Undertaking valuations for corporate and private clients.
• Promoting our services to a network of professionals and building a regional client base.
• Ensuring high quality and clear standards when undertaking valuations and preparing all documentation.
• Liaising with the administration team for operational efficiencies.
• Developing a comprehensive knowledge of clients and their specific needs.
• Developing and maintaining effective communication with relevant parties.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following:

• Tertiary qualification in property related field, qualified as Certified Practising Valuer.
• Licensed Land Valuer in the state of Western Australia or the ability to obtain license
• Highly organised and able to work autonomously under pressure to meet deadlines
• Experience undertaking residential mortgage security valuations
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality reports within client time frames
• Independent thinker with sound decision making skills
• Knowledge of regional areas desirable
• Commercial experience is desirable
• Local knowledge is preferred but full training provided to the successful applicant
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service ethic

We offer a competitive salary/bonus structure of;

• - $85,000 base salary
