Geraldton Toyota are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our dynamic team, to compliment and drive our ability to deliver exceptional quality service.
 
The Service Advisor role is a full time position, reporting to the Service Manager.
 
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
  • Strong technical automotive knowledge and sound computer skills
  • Be focused on exceeding Guest expectations
  • Ability to value sell and provide honest feedback to Guests
  • High level communication and organisational skills·         Strong customer service skills and the attitude to succeed.Geraldton Toyota are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our dynamic team, to compliment and drive our ability to deliver exceptional quality service

Job Requirements:

A Service Advisors daily activity would likely consist of:
  • Managing Guest enquiries and service bookings
  • Determining Guest’s needs and communicating these effectively to the workshop
  • Monitor and advise Guests on the technicians progress
  • Input data and preparation of invoices
  • Effectively relay completed work information to the Guest
