About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager Midwest, the Asset Manager will develop and implement the Asset Management Plans within the region in accordance with corporate and divisional systems and frameworks to deliver safe, reliable and quality power supply.

This is a 10 month maximum term full time position, residentially based in Carnarvon. 

Responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:
  • Deliver agreed regional outcomes for Safety, Reliability, Governance and Operational budgets.
  • Development and implementation of Asset Management Plan.
  • Manage designs for Customer funded, internally funded and maintenance works in accordance with HP’s processes.

Job Requirements:

About the person
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • W.A. drivers license class “C”.
  • Extensive knowledge in Asset Management
  • Experience in power system asset management, maintenance and operational strategies, planning processes and practices
  • Sound knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of network construction, maintenance and operations field practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling

You will also share our core values of safety, integrity, team and customer which guide our decisions and behaviours and drive a high performance culture aligned to our strategy.
