Job Description:

Woolworths Carnarvon 
1 x Assistant Customer Service Manager
1 x Assistant Nightfill Manager
30 – 38 hours per week by agreement
 
The role
You will be assisting the Department Manager to lead and develop a team who is able to deliver great customer service.  Working within your local community, this is an excellent opportunity to combine your passion and retail leadership while progressing your career.
 
Your responsibilities will be
  • Lead, coach and develop your large diverse team
  • Monitor stock for waste, shrinkage and quality control
  • Care about providing a safe environment for our team and customers
  • Take a team approach to meet business targets and KPI’s
  • Be motivated, reliable and customer focussed
