Customer Support and Administration

Our company is authorised by government to provide a security-related service Australia-wide.

The role is office-based providing administration and customer liaison with some marketing.  Administration includes using online computer applications.  Contact with customers is via phone, email and online conferencing.

The office is located 10 km from the Geraldton CBD, so own transport is required.  Dealing interstate provides for an early start.  Learning opportunities are available.

Computer skills are essential as the role includes using Outlook, Word, Excel, Skype, image software and online systems.  Cyber security awareness is crucial along with a keen ability to learn new systems.

Job Requirements:

The job requires:
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Candidates should have a willingness to initiate contact with customers and provide a positive experience.
  • Level 2 requires learned skills, but experience is not crucial.
  • Level 3 requires skills and experience.
