Job Description:

GH Country Courier has a part time position available for a Logistics Administrator. The hours will be Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 2:30pm), based out of our Geraldton Airport office.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Receive information from drivers and input details into various computer programs
  • Direct drivers to accurate location of pickup and delivery locations
  • Daily operations of all office-based duties
  • Customer service skills, telephone answering skills, resolve customer queries, correspondence via email
  • Use of computer systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & various programs
 
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the below qualities:
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
  • Work autonomously
  • Able to manage own time effectively
  • Prioritise workloads as required
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment and can cope under pressure
  • Work within a small office/team environment
  • Outstanding computer skills, touch typing, Word & Excel spreadsheets
  • Exceptional organisational skills
